Please refrain from taking selfies, while driving.

I never thought it would be necessary to type such an absurd sentence, until today.

To the guy driving the black convertible who was taking a selfie while turning left through a yellow light, please understand that everyone within your immediate vicinity knows you are having a mid-life crisis. We understand you are experiencing emotional turbulence, but please, do not make your emotional crisis into a physical crisis by crashing your vehicle while doing something so truly absurd. Someone will get hurt or worse.

You sir, are in need of an intervention and/or different friends.

To the Friends of the guy driving the black convertible taking a selfie while turning left through a yellow light, this action is a cry for help! You may not be equipped to handle the emotional needs, but you can:

1. Refrain from liking and sharing any photos taken while the vehicle was in motion
2. Add comments to any shared photos communicating concern regarding the recklessness of the action
3. Confiscate the car keys!!

If you really are a friend, please act before someone gets hurt.
